KwaZulu-Natal is the province of SA containing Durban. Interesting place, it has the worst case of wide spread HIV in the world at 39% of the population testing positive for it. But obviously I won't be representing the city with HIV positive characters as that would take a negative spin on their brand. The dominant language and culture is Zulu.
